		The Northern Eurasian Earth System Science Partnership Initiative (NEESPI) The Northern High Latitidues are a circumpolar region that are undisputably underoing rapid global change. NEESPI is a regional activity that focusus on understanding how global change is impacting the biogeochemical, hydrological, and energy components of the climate system, and their interactions with the human system in the northern Eurasia.
